Nanzhao International Trade City invested by Shengming
Nanzhao International Trade City is the only one-stop professional marketplace in Nanzhao County invested and constructed by Henan Shengming Industrial Company. It is located at the intersection of Renmin South Road and Yangguang Avenue, covering an area of more than 50 mu, with a total construction area of about 70,000 m2. Among them, the construction area of construction materials market, food plaza, brand furniture stores and local specialty street is about 50,000 m2, and the rest 20,000 m2 is mainly for commercial facilities such as International Education Exchange Center, Diversified Financial Center, Veterans Innovation Service Center and E-Commerce Operation Center. The project will provide further support to the development of hardware, construction materials, home appliances and other related industries, offer a better platform for the standardized development of businesses, and make greater contributions to the economic development and transformation in Nanzhao.
The total investment of the project is about RMB 400 million, used for greening upgrading, security facilities improvement, property decoration, etc. In addition to further improving the supporting facilities in the Nanzhao International Trade City, we will attract investment in the next step. At present, more than 100 famous construction materials companies have signed agreements of intent to settle in, and China Telecom, New China Life Insurance, Suning, Moutai group and other large companies, have already moved in. After being put into use, it is expected to attract nearly 400 companies, increase the trade volume by nearly RMB 100 million and create tax revenue of RMB 10 million. Moreover, it will provide job opportunity directly for more than 1000 people. The project will be a platform to digest the surplus labor force, a support for business operators to compete in the market, a turning point for farmers to change their living environment and a cut-in point for them to live a richer life. Of course, it will also be a new economic engine for Nanzhao.
