  Tempered fryer is a production abnormality that all processing companies want to prevent, but it is difficult to prevent. Let's talk about the factors related to the tempered fryer:

  One, the quality of the original film

  Glass is a rapid heating process in the tempering furnace. In this process, the glass pressure is impacted by thermal stress. At the same time, because glass is a brittle material, some small cracks will rapidly expand under the effect of thermal stress and cause the glass to break. Just like when a piece of paper is tightened, there is only a small gap, and the paper will immediately break through the gap.

  The influence of the original sheet on the tempered fryer is stones, bubbles and microcracks. The furnace explosion in the tempering process of glass over 12mm is often caused by defects in the original sheet.   2. Cold processing quality

  Three, tempering process

  tempering process is also one of the reasons for the furnace explosion. There are mainly two situations for improper process: heating too fast and heating unevenly.

  Heating too fast is mainly related to the temperature setting is too high and the convection setting is too large. Heating too fast will cause the glass to heat up too quickly after entering the furnace, and then cause the glass to have a greater thermal stress and cause the glass to burst. Generally speaking, the thicker the glass and the larger the layout, the slower the heating speed should be. The blast furnace fragments caused by heating too fast are generally in the form of small pieces.

  Unbalanced heating mainly means that when the glass is heated in the tempering furnace, the heating speeds of the upper and lower surfaces of the glass are different. While heating is fast, the temperature is high, while heating is slow and the temperature is low. In this case, the glass will be warped in the tempering furnace, from a white mark on the roller table, to the worst, directly causing the glass to hit the roller table or the heating element to break.

  Unbalanced heating is very common in LOW-E glass. It is mainly to rely on temperature and convection conditioning. Directly investigating the state of the glass in the furnace is a useful way to avoid it.

  Four, abnormal equipment

  The furnace explosion caused by abnormal equipment is caused by the transmission system. The common ones are the stuck silicon rod, the abnormal length measurement, and the abnormal transmission encoder and frequency converter. In addition, the unbalanced temperature in the area caused by the broken part of the heating wire or the broken convection fan can also simply lead to the fryer.
