  3. Selection of locating device: The effect of the locating device is to prevent the long-term operation of the long and narrow glass from deviating and forming a warped angle. If the arc length of the glass is less than 600 mm, the third one can be used. If the arc length is more than 600 mm, it is better to use the first air knife as the locator, so that the glass can have a satisfactory reciprocating interval in the air grille. If the gap of the upper pressing roller is adjusted well, the longer the reciprocating interval, the better the curvature of the glass, and the straight edges will be reduced or eliminated accordingly. The effect of the positioner can be set at all times. The principle is that when the glass reaches the positioner after being out of the furnace, it can fall when it moves in the opposite direction. Just correct the glass.

  4. Confirmation of Enter quench Distance: After using the positioner, the enter quench distance is a very important parameter, and it is necessary to adjust it to: the glass moves in the opposite direction immediately after reaching the positioner. Never allow the glass to move forward after touching the positioner. The gap of the pressure stick on the positioner should be adjusted accordingly to avoid bending the positioner forward when it rotates. The length of the grid should be fully utilized.   6. Setting of Quench upper roller ACTtime: This is a parameter that the press roller needs to set after applying pressure.   8. The relationship between temperature and arc: Some units reflect why the arc and straight edges of the glass are good when the arc is first adjusted, but after a period of time, the arc will become shallower and the straight edges will also appear. After a period of time, the temperature in the furnace is relatively low, and the glass has changed.
