2, gate interval
It refers to the direction where the front end of the glass reaches the wind grid after the glass is out of the furnace.
3, the useful interval of the wind grating
It refers to the distance between the direction the rear end of the glass reaches and the front end of the glass after the glass enters the wind grating.
4, rapid cold reciprocating speed
It refers to the speed at which the glass sways in the wind grid. The principle of its setting is that the thin glass radius is small and the speed is faster; the thick glass radius is large and the speed is slower. But it is necessary to pay attention that if the rapid cooling reciprocating speed is fast, the rear end of the glass may run out of the wind grille, and it is necessary to adjust the useful interval of the wind grille appropriately.
5, the side roller pressing time
It is a parameter of SM 2, which refers to the moment of the pressing roller effect at both ends of the wind grid. When the glass comes out of the furnace, it first reaches the first pressing roller in front, and the pressing roller is pressed down by the cylinder, but the glass still needs to go to the rear end to hold the glass. The back end of the glass is also pressed to eliminate straight edges. Because the arc lengths of the glass produced are not equal, the glass needs a certain period of time from the front to the back. This is the time when the side rolls are pressed down. Dry the air only after pressing both ends of the glass, otherwise the glass will break. Especially the SM 2-25 type equipment.
6, the upper pressing roller effect moment
Because the scope of application of the small bend is relatively large, it can reach a radius of 450. In order to make the shape meet the requirements, the method of pressure forming is adopted. After the glass is out of the furnace, the glass is pressed by the upper pressure roller in the air grille. For those with a radius of 1000 or more, no pressure is needed, just rely on the weight of the pressure roller. If the radius is below 1000, the pressure can be used, and then a pressurizing moment is required, which is the moment of the upper pressing roller effect. Generally, it is enough to set it to be almost the same as the chilling moment.
7, locator effect moment
Because the glass is relatively narrow and relatively long, the glass is heated from the loading table to the heating furnace for a period of time, and it reaches the wind grid at a high speed when it is out of the furnace. It may deviate and the glass often warps corners. In order to solve this problem, the wind grid A positioning device is installed inside, which can adjust the glass and eliminate the warping angle. Its setting principle is: the glass can fall when it reaches its position when it comes out of the oven and swings backwards.
8. The pre-improvement time of the advantage grid
The advantage grid of small bends is arced together with the disadvantageous grid. After the arc is changed, its chain becomes loose. When the air blow is over, the disadvantageous grid will be flat, and it will flatten and break the glass. This requires a chain The action of retracting beforehand is the pre-improvement of the advantage grid. The principle of its time setting is: the small radius is long, the large radius is short, but please be careful not to close the chain too tightly, especially when the radius is small. Too tight will break the wind grille.
9, glass length
This is a parameter that must be set for multi-station equipment for small bends. The orientation of the glass in the furnace depends entirely on the length of the glass. If the length of the glass is increased, the reciprocating interval of the glass in the furnace will be shortened, and the useful interval of the air grille will be shortened after being out of the furnace. It should be set according to the actual length of the glass.
10. The common defects of small bending tempered glass are:
