Quality problems with pits; and if the air volume is too small, the roller cannot form a surface maintenance film in a short time and cannot be produced.   2. Adjust the process parameters of the tempering furnace

  One is to properly lower the temperature in the furnace.   The second is to reduce the linear velocity of the glass in the furnace. The descending linear velocity can correspondingly reduce the acceleration of the glass, reducing the collision and slipping phenomenon between the glass and the roller due to inertia, thereby reducing the appearance of the glass Scratched. However, the line speed should not drop too much, so as not to deform the glass and affect the flatness of the glass.

  Three, other matters needing attention

  1. Because the glass surface is damaged every time the temperature of the tempering furnace is lowered and then heated, it is necessary to use the glass to conflict the roller table from the beginning, which wastes manpower and material resources and reduces the production efficiency.
