  One, uniform heating

  1. Avoid the influence of the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the glass on the tempering effect of the glass. If the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces is too large, it will easily cause unevenness, deformation or even breakage of the glass. In the production process, we must do the following two points: firstly, the placement of the glass in each furnace and the space time of each furnace during the production process.   In the second half of heating, the temperature difference at each point of the glass is no longer obvious. The forward heating speed should be the main one, and each heat balance can be closed until the glass temperature is consistent with the set furnace temperature, and the heating process is declared complete.

  3. Assuming that there are convex and concave phenomena on the edge of the glass, we can start to control it from two aspects. On the one hand, we can advance the heat balance pressure in the furnace body, increase heat convection, and then adjust the heat balance in the furnace to reduce the large area glass center and edge. On the other hand, it can properly extend the heating time of the glass, and then it can also reduce the temperature difference between the middle and the edge of the glass.

  2. Heating temperature

  1. The thinner the tempered glass, the higher the heating temperature. The thicker the glass, the lower the heating temperature. Therefore, in the tempered glass process, it is impossible to clearly indicate which temperature is set well. The choice of temperature is very To a certain extent, it depends on the quality of the original piece of glass and the process parameters adjusted by the operator. The measured temperature is generally higher, higher than the measured upper temperature, so the upper heating is generally higher than the lower heating temperature setting.

  3. Avoid the overload phenomenon of the electric furnace. Under normal operating conditions, there is always glass in the heating area of ​​the central heating element of the electric furnace. There is always glass in this area of ​​the electric furnace. Suppose there is something in the electric furnace. The heat consumption of this area exceeds the heating effect, and the temperature in this area begins to drop, until the temperature balance ceases.
